I'm Lyndell. I run.
I run because I have goals. As an ultra runner I've realised I need to have fairly hefty physical goals.
I want to run far. I want to run regularly. I want a healthy body. I want a focused mindset.
Sometimes I work towards these goals with focus and relentlessness. Sometimes I train begrudgingly.
So to keep me honest, I promise you a "weekly skinny" where I'll cut to the chase about my goals and progress towards them.
