The holding pattern

I flew to Melbourne yesterday and got my registration out of the way.

I packed and repacked my transition bags a few times today.


Well, more than a few.

I went back to the expo tent and bought merchandise - some of which I probably didn't really need.

I've stretched a lot. I have tried to stay hydrated, and eaten good food.

Tomorrow I'll test ride the bike and do a swim on the swim course. After checking in my bike and gear bags, I'll probably stretch some more, stay hydrated, and eat well again.

I'm stuck in a holding pattern and I can't wait for Sunday.
